Refund policy

At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds.

However, exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused

• The item must be in its original packaging

• The packaging must be sealed and undamaged

• The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or damage

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

For exchange requests, please contact our customer service team within the 7-day period.

لا نوفر خدمة الإرجاع أو استرداد الأموال.

لكن يمكن استبدال الطلب خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، وذلك وفق الشروط التالية:

• أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم

• أن يكون ضمن العبوة الأصلية

• أن تكون العبوة مغلقة وغير متضررة

• أن يكون المنتج بحالة ممتازة دون أي ضرر

أي منتج لا يستوفي هذه الشروط لن يكون مؤهلاً للاستبدال.
